The Freestyle Libre 3 is a Flash CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) system that is worn on the back of the arm and automatically tracks glucose levels day and night. The Libre 3 reader tracks real time readings, and high or low glucose alarms from a paired Libre 3 sensor.

The Libre 3 is the latest in Continuous Glucose Monitoring technology from Abbott. Libre 3 enables you to obtain regular, discrete blood glucose readings without the constant hassle of carrying and disposing of lancets and test strips.

Setting up the Freestyle Libre 3 Reader

Setting up the reader is very easy. By following just a few easy steps and you will be on your way to begin monitoring your glucose levels with the Libre 3 Reader!

1. Press the Home Button to turn on the Reader.
2. If prompted, use the touchscreen to select your
   preferred language for the Reader. Touch OK to
   continue.
   Note: Use the pad of your finger. Do NOT use
   your fingernail or any other object on the screen.
3. Set the Current Date using the arrows on the touchscreen. Touch next to continue.
4. Set the Current Time. Touch next to continue.
5. The Reader now displays important information about key topics to help you use the System. Touch next after reviewing each screen. Touch done to go to the Home Screen.
