SHIPPING POLICY

Hart Medical Equipment is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $25. For any order totaling less than $25, a flat rate of $8 will be charged for priority shipping. Depending on inventory availability, most items ship out and are received within five to seven business days, or sooner.

Hart Medical Equipment chooses quality products from quality manufacturers, and stands behind the products we offer. We honor and help facilitate all manufacturer and vendor warranties for products we sell and provide.

Return Policy

Hart Medical Equipment offers returns (with a full refund) on new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must fill out and submit the electronic form below to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once the request for return or exchange has been received by Hart Medical Equipment, and compliance to this Return Policy is determined, an RMA number will be issued and Hart Medical Equipment will facilitate and advise on how to complete returning the product. Any requests for retroactive price adjustments must also be made within 30 day of delivery. For special order items, a restocking fee may apply. For items returned after the 30 days from delivery, a restocking fee may apply. 

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Opened or used
  • Hygienic items
  • Missing their serial number or UPC
  • Special orders (returned at our discretion)
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification
  • Clearance items are items that are FINAL SALE & sold AS IS. These items are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
  • For canceled subscriptions: Subscribe & Save discount will be deducted from the refund amount and return shipping charge will not be covered by Hart Medical. 

Please be reminded, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All refunds occur after Hart Medical Equipment has received the returned item(s) and confirms it's condition. 
 

RETURN REQUEST FORM

After submitting the following Return Request Form, a Hart Medical Equipment customer service representative will reach out to you via the email address you provide on the form with further instruction.

  • Please list the name, SKU/Model #, and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Is the item(s) unused and in the original packaging?

    Please note that we cannot accept a return for items that have been used or opened from their original product packaging. Some exceptions may apply.
