Note: This specific model is only available for partial insurance coverage. Qualifying insurance will cover the double electric breast pump (E0603) portion, but the portable battery and extra features are charged separately as an additional out-of-pocket "upgrade" charge. 

Prescription is only required when using Insurance Upgrade option.
