The DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask from Philips Respironics pairs a softer, lighter nasal pillow cushion with the innovative DreamWear mask system, combining comfort, innovation, and flexibility. This incredibly compact mask features an open-face frame, an updated slip-resistant DreamWear Headgear with Arms and a top-of-the-head hose connection that provides greater freedom of movement.

The modular design of the DreamWear mask frame lets you easily convert your nasal pillow mask to a full face or under-the-nose nasal mask, giving you more options for comfort. The flexible silicone frame minimizes facial contact, opening up your field of view and decreasing the likelihood of skin irritation. A 360-degree swivel elbow, located in the center of the frame, allows for a top-of-the-head hose connection that enhances your sleeping freedom.

All-new, all-silicone pillows
Manufactured entirely from soft, smooth silicone, the DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow Cushion delivers an even gentler touch inside and under the nose than the original DreamWear Gel Nasal Pillows. The new pillow design fits and seals even better, with less shifting and less friction in the nose.

Using data compiled from a vast database of 3D facial scans, Philips Respironics chose to expand its silicone pillow sizing selection by adding a 4th pillow size (Medium-Wide). With Small, Medium, Wide, and Medium-Wide choices, everyone can find a pillow size to fit their unique facial features.

Unobtrusive, comfortable design
The DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow mask comes with all the existing features in the Philips Respironics DreamWear line for sleep apnea therapy. The Silicone Pillow mask uses the DreamWear’s hollow silicone frame with a swivel elbow located on top of the frame at the crown of the head to connect to the CPAP circuit.

The top-of-the-head connection keeps the CPAP tubing out of your and your partner’s way all night long. The frame is compressible, so side-sleeping and stomach sleeping will not compromise therapy.

The frame has an open-face design that doesn’t block your field of view so you can read and watch TV in bed. The silicone frame comes in three sizes for a truly customized fit.

Stable, slip-resistant fit
The DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow CPAP mask comes with the DreamWear Headgear with Arms, the latest enhanced version of the DreamWear headgear. The DreamWear Headgear with Arms incorporates an eyeglass-like fit above the ears. The arms run from the silicone frame, over the ears, and to the head strap.

The curved design of the eyeglass arms prevents the mask from slipping during the night. In a Philips Respironics study, users reported better quality of sleep and more mask stability when using the DreamWear Headgear with Arms versus the original DreamWear headgear.

Sizing and Fitting

The DreamWear Silicone Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask comes in three frame sizes (Small, Medium, and Large), and the nasal pillows come in four sizes (Small, Medium, Large, and Medium-Wide). Careful sizing of both the nasal pillows and the frame is key to reaping the full benefits of this mask.

The silicone tip of the pillows should rest inside the nostrils. The circular silicone rim at the base of the tips should rest entirely outside the nostrils.

The FitPack includes a Medium frame and nasal pillows in all four sizes. The Medium frame fits most people. If your nasal pillows are the right size but they tend to move away from your nose, you may need a smaller frame. Conversely, if they are the right size but push up against your nose, you may need a larger frame.
