Providing exceptional pain-relieving support, the dual shoulder compression support features an integrated air bladder for rehabilitative compression therapy and a removable Arctic Flex gel pack for soothing hot or cold therapy. Great for sports injuries, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, clavicle fractures and post-surgery care, the shoulder support is fully adjustable accommodating upper chest sizes up to 60”.

• Dual Cold Compression Therapy
  Relieving pain, swelling and inflammation in the shoulder, the Vive shoulder compression support provides adjustable compression and soothing ice or heat therapy with one unique brace that can be worn directly on the skin or over clothing if desired. The adjustable compression support relieves rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, clavicle fractures and sports injuries. 

• Flexible Gel Pack
  Uniquely designed to provide complete shoulder coverage, the Arctic Flex gel pack remains flexible when frozen, comfortably contouring to the shoulder for optimal relief. The leakproof gel pack utilizes a nontoxic gel that can also be used for heat therapy to minimize muscle spasms, increase circulation and improve mobility.

• Easy Inflation System
  A small, detachable hand inflation pump allows wearers to inflate the air bladder to a comfortable level of compression. Quickly deflate the integrated air bladder with the push release valve at the base of the hand pump. Secure the pump to the shoulder support with the small integrated strap to prevent it from dangling or remove the pump and air hose after closing the main air valve. 

• Adjustable Fit
  Constructed with a comfortable polyester blend, the versatile design is suitable for men and women and is easily worn over lightweight clothing or directly on the skin. The latex-free shoulder support secures with two strong fastener straps with integrated D-rings for an adjustable fit. Accommodates chest sizes up to 60”.

• How To Use For Cold Therapy:

  • Place the gel pack in the freezer or refrigerate on a flat surface for a minimum of two hours

  • Secure the frozen gel pack in the shoulder brace

• How to Use for Heat Therapy:

  • Place the pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate.

  • Heat at full power for 30 seconds.

  • Remove the gel pack carefully from the microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly. Check for the desired temperature.

  • To reheat, place the gel pack back in the microwave for 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

  • Secure the heated gel pack in the shoulder brace.

• How to Wear:

  • Assistance may be necessary.

  • Lay the shoulder brace out on a flat surface with the interior lining facing outward and remove the adjustable straps.

  • Attach the gel pack to the brace interior with the fastener material. Position the gel pack so that the Vive logo is upright.

  • Secure the bicep strap leaving it loose enough to allow the arm to easily slip through.

  • Attach the chest strap through the top d-rings with the curved section facing downward.

  • Secure the chest strap ensuring it is loose enough to slip over the head.

  • Set the air valve to the open position.

  • Slide the arm through the bicep strap and settle the gel pack on the affected shoulder.

  • Loop the chest strap over the head and under the opposite arm, tightening it with the adjustable D-ring for a secure, yet comfortable fit.

  • Fasten the bicep strap, tightening it as necessary.

  • Squeeze the hand pump to inflate the compression chamber to the desired level of compression. Use the release valve on the pump to reduce the level of compression.
