The nicest group of people you would of ever wanted to meet! Friendly, helpful, respectful. The gentleman who helped me went through the entire learning session twice so that we were both satisfied that I knew all about this machine and how to use it. I have dealt with the people here before and will continue to do so. I could not be happier with the help and the service I received. A 5 star group of people that puts the customer first!

Just had a WONDERFUL experience at Hart Medical located in Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. After being discharged, I went down to Hart and Charles assisted me with my need. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had EXACTLY what I needed! Thank you Charles and thank you Hart Medical for the surprisingly awesome experience!

Andre was very professional and went thru the instructions on how to use the portable oxygen tank & carrier. I loved the way he made sure that I understood and also participated in the instructions and made sure I knew how to read the meter & gage and also what to look for if the tank was empty. He was very nice and kind. Hart is very lucky to have such a good employee!

A big shout out and THANK YOU to Ken Young and the other very nice lady working today at Lapeer Hart Medical. They did a fantastic job today helping me with CPAP issues and reordering equipment for my ResMed. Every single time I go there, they are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. So glad I chose Hart Lapeer!
