We are excited to announce that as of October 1st, 2024, Hart Medical Equipment has transitioned from paper statements to paperless e-delivery. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing efficient, timely, and environmentally friendly service to our valued patients.

What This Means for You

If you have recently received services from us or have a piece of rental equipment, please check your email for the latest copy of your bill. This transition to e-delivery ensures that you receive your billing information promptly and securely.

How to Access Your Bill

1. Check Your Email: Ensure that the email address we have on file is up to date. You should have received your latest bill via email.

2. Log into the Payment Portal: You can also access your billing information by logging into our payment portal at hartmedical.org and selecting Pay Bill. This portal allows you to view your statements, make payments, and manage your account preferences.

How to Update Your Information

1. Register for the Payment Portal: If you have never logged into the payment portal before or are not able to recover your username by using the forgot prompts, follow this link to set up your profile: Create Payment Portal Profile here: hartmedical.org/billpay

2. Log into the Payment Portal: navigate to hartmedical.org and click Pay Bill to log in and update your email address, contact number, or paperless bill options.

3. Select My Contact Info: Once in the payment portal, select My Contact Info from the menu on the left:

4. Review & Update Preferences: Review your mailing address and select the way you’re like to receive statements then select Save.
